Yes, you can. We use Showit to build your website which means you can make changes yourself without knowing how to code. We will also provide you with helpful tutorial videos so you can add edit and delete content without paying us to do it for you.

You are to provide us with the text you need on your website. We suggest working with a copywriter or using text you've written yourself. In the beginning stages of our design process we ask a series of questions and do a bit of market research to help us fill in any text that you may not have already provided us. However, this is not ideal and certain information specific to your industry may not be primary knowledge to us. In that case, we will leave 'Lorem ipsum' text that you can go in a retype later.

If you already have a website. That’s great. This means we can build your new website whilst your other website is still live. Once we are ready to go live and you are happy with the new site we can then swap the old site for the new one. It can take as little as 10 minutes for the new website to be visible. This means you’ll barely even notice a dip in your traffic numbers.

Yes, we can split the payment into two. The first 50% is usually taken upon onboarding you as a new client. The following 50% is taken once you've seen the completed website and are happy to move forward with launching.

Before we begin working together, we’ll usually have an initially chat on the phone or via Zoom to discuss the project. However, you can opt out of this and answer our questionnaire instead. Once we get started, most of the communication will take place in your Notion client portal.
This makes the process a lot easier as we’ll have all of the information saved and can come back to it later. Once we’ve finished the project, we will book in your 1hr call to go over the design specs and any questions you may have. Again, you can opt-out of this and we'll send you tutorial videos on how to maintain the new website instead.
